Added Power and Torque

OTT calibrations are engineered to maximize vehicle performance by increasing horsepower and torque while maintaining engine reliability. The exact gains vary based on vehicle platform, existing modifications, and the type of tune applied (stock vs. modified). Each calibration is designed to deliver a broad, usable torque curve that enhances drivability, throttle response, and towing performance. To ensure proven results, OTT thoroughly tests its calibrations on a dynamometer, validating measurable improvements in both horsepower and torque.

ECT | Tow/Haul

OTT takes your Toyota’s drive modes to the next level by remapping ECT, Tow/Haul, and Sport for a true dual map experience. Each mode gets its own custom throttle and transmission tuning, giving you the perfect balance of power and control for every situation. Want sharper response for Sport, smoother shifts for towing, or refined performance for daily driving? OTT makes each mode work the way you need it to.

Enhanced Throttle Response

OTT gives you the power to choose how your Toyota responds. With multiple throttle profiles, you can dial in the perfect feel—whether you want sharper, sportier response, a stock-like setup, or smoother control for rock crawling and off-road adventures. These adjustments don’t change horsepower or torque; they simply refine how your vehicle reacts to your input, delivering a driving experience tailored to you.

AGM Battery Support

AGM batteries need more voltage than your stock alternator provides—typically set at just 13.8V for lead-acid batteries. OTT can adjust your vehicle’s charging system to properly support AGM batteries, ensuring maximum performance and longevity. Available on select vehicles. Gear Ratio Support

When you re-gear your vehicle, the ECU may restrict your top speed due to the new differential ratio. For example, on a 3rd Gen Tacoma:

  • 4.88 gears → top speed limited to 92 mph

  • 5.29 gears → top speed limited to 82 mph

OTT can recalibrate your ECU to restore factory top-speed settings, ensuring your vehicle performs the way it should.

Octane Learning

All OTT calibrations fully retain Toyota’s adaptive ignition control strategy, allowing your ECU to automatically adjust timing based on fuel quality. Using onboard knock control, the ECU advances or retards ignition timing in real time to optimize performance and protect the engine.

That means you can safely run 87–93 octane fuel and switch between grades without ever needing to reflash or adjust your tune. With OTT’s Octane Learning, your vehicle continuously adapts for maximum performance, reliability, and convenience—no compromises, no hassle.
